CARROT ROAST

Required:
Carrot-2 big sized
Plain flour-3/4 cup
Sugar-1 pinch
Salt to taste
Oil to fry

Preparation:
Cut the carrot into 1/2 cm slices. Prepare batter with plain flour, sugar, salt and water to a thick flowing consistency. Heat oil in a kadai and dip carrot into batter and fry.
